The trainSharp Youth Academy Package is a bespoke coaching experience to help youth riders (up to 15 years of age) achieve world class coaching when they first start out within the world of cycling.

The long term aim of the programme is to develop riders so they can progress to our Inspire Talent Programme, gain selection for a high ranked junior team and then progress to the senior and professional ranks.
